Industrial lighting

Industrial lighting is usually evenly arranged above or on the side wall of the work site, which is also often referred to as industrial and mining lighting. Generally, incandescent lamps, tungsten halogen lamps, high-intensity gas discharge lamps or a large number of fluorescent lamps need to be used to illuminate the whole working face. Of course, there are relatively energy-saving and high-power LED industrial and mining lamps. Most industrial and mining lamps belong to this kind. General lighting lamps have high requirements for light distribution. Direct lighting and semi direct lighting are widely used, especially the latter. Part of the semi direct lighting type emits upward light to illuminate the ceiling, which can increase the brightness of the ceiling and create a more comfortable and brighter environment.

As an optical product, industrial lighting lens has strict requirements for light transmittance, thermal stability, refractive index uniformity, refractive index stability, maximum long-term working temperature and so on. It can concentrate more light, and the light reflected by the light source will become softer and more uniform, without strong light in some places and weak light in some places. The irradiation distance is longer and looks brighter.
